Many, who wish to live lazily, complain that AI agents are immoral because they are stealing work from humans.
This may be true short term (which is all that lazy people think about) but we don’t know if AI will be sustainable long-term. If it is, then yes, lazy people are in big trouble.
Regardless, AI allows business leaders to solve complex problems and develop complex systems that would not have been possible without the help of AI. The benefits I have gained by it literally mesmerize people whom I show the CLAA backend. Human workers couldnt possibly help me to do what’s being done.
There is a benefit, however, for human workers. The solutions and systems developed by AI tools can, if needed, be converted to human systems. The function of each AI agent in a system (or at least a part of it) could be served by a human agent if the system needed to be humanized. I can see, for example, specific “jobs” in my business’s workflow that were not clear before.
Nevertheless, I would NEVER consider hiring a modern worker as long as AI agents are available. Hopefully, this AI-revolutiin will stay and FORCE human beings to develop realistic expectations in life.
