Individual Consumers Cannot Be Satisfied

In business, producers work to provide for needs. Consumers do nothing but consume. They may pay a fee, but they would pay nothing. Everything produced becomes their right and they woukd cobsume it without delay or disturbance. A consumer can never be satisfied and almost all business relations will end in their disiappointment. They will not everything they desired forever.

As producers, business owners have to detach themselves from the opinions of consumers. We cannot seek the gratification of individual consumers, but must focus on a stable mass of consumers that provides for our work to be done. We serve a cloud of customers, not individuals. If 80% of the consumers we serve are presently pleased, we have a business.
